• The conference will be held at the Hotel Dupanloup, Orléans, from 20 to 21 March 2022
• The cohesion evening is scheduled for March 20^th
  
• Registration for the conference is free of charge

Communications Information

For abstracts:

• In english
• 200 words maximum
• Deadline for submission:
  

For orals:

• 12 min presentation + 3 min for questions
  
• The presentation slides should be done in English
• Oral communication can be done in French or English

For posters:

In order to ensure good communication on the posters, we propose to make them available throughout the conference. Those who wish to do so will be able to present their poster to all the participants during the Flash Poster session which will take place on the first or second day.
